Annual General Meeting
Our AGM will be held at 3:00 pm on Sunday, 4 December 2022 at the Bellbowrie Tavern.
As well as having our normal Annual General Meeting this year, we are very lucky to have one of our members, Jim Williams, to be our guest speaker presenting on “Natural Bush Regeneration.” He will cover:
• What is it and how does it work?
• Is it for you?
• Pro’s and Con’s
• Progress summary after 12 months in Anstead Bushland Reserve
Two draws will be made at the end of the meeting:
• the lucky door prize which is a hamper generously donated by Dr Christian Rowan
• the $100.00 voucher on Paten Park Nursery for those members who participated in the recent members’ survey.
So please set aside this date to come and support your local bush care group.
Agenda, a Nomination form and a Proxy form are attached. Copies of the Minutes for the 2021 AGM will be available at the meeting for perusal. All financial members are invited to attend and one can become a member at the AGM.
Members are encouraged to apply for the committee or an office position.
Nominations need to be made prior to the AGM as per the forms provided. Nominations can be called for at the AGM for any positions that are vacant or have insufficient nominations.
If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate your proxy. You can nominate any PPCG member to be your proxy, including our president, John Ness.
